  • Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD within Canada and the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Anchor & Crown, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email info@anchorandcrown.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Processing: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds
